Default What pest causes this?

I had hornworms and I'm pretty sure I successfully eradicated them with BT.

This appears to be something different. I would greatly appreciate any input to the cause and treatment.

Methinks you still have a little bitty hornworm there somewhere.

Just remember, for Bt to work, a caterpillar has to eat it. So it is expected to have some damages before the caterpillar eats enough to kill it. And if a rain washes off the Bt, you'll need to spray again.

Thank you for the replies and tips.
I have reapplied BT a couple times and was able to see hornworms dead and hanging shriveled on the plants in as little as a day after application. Most of the other damage was to new growth where leaves were totally removed by them.

Since this damage occurred to fruit and after a second application of BT I was thinking I had a different pest. I just looked to see if I could find any other damage or another hornworm but no luck so I guess I'll just give another application of BT and wait to see if any new damage occurs.
