Hose End Sprayer Recommendations?

I'm looking for a decent hose-end sprayer that will help with applying liquid fertilizers to my tomatoes in containers and a few of my in ground plants. I've been doing it with a watering can but want something a little easier. I've been reading reviews on Amazon and they all seem to have problems. Is there a good/somewhat accurate one. I'd like the type that does not require pre-mixing so you don't waste the undiluted fertilizer.

I use pump-up sprayers for fungicide and the occasional soap&oil spray for insects. This is strictly for liquid fertilizer.

T...I think you will find that most end sprayers are not suited for this low volume application. Most likely you would have to pre-mix the fert in the bottle to get the right ratios. Of course, if you have 30-40 plants...that is different.

Get the miracle grow sprayer that uses the bottles they sell.
Dump out the fertilizer and fill the bottle with what you like.
To get the consentration right do this.
Either fill the bottle with water or use the stuff that came in it.
Look at you water meter record the reading and turn on the sprayer.
When the bottle is empty look at the meter.
See how many gallons you used.
This will tell you what to mix the consentration that goes in the bottle that you desire for the gallons you use.

The top is easy to get off.
Channel locks twist and pull.
It slips right out.

Easy simple and cheap.

What would you use with 30-40 plants?

Thanks for thie suggestion. If I already had one of those I'd probably try it however I'd rather use a an adjustable mixing sprayer if I can find a decent one. If not, I'll just keep lugging around a hose, the bottle of fertilizer, measuring cup and watering can.

The ortho sprayer works and is dialable for different strengths/dilution ratios. However, in my experience you tend to use MUCH more of the product with the hose end sprayer than with a pump sprayer. I believe that is because the hose end sprayer puts out the product very fast and the pump sprayer applies a much finer mist like spray on the plants. So, for your intended use of liquid ferts, the ortho is great. For others reading this, you will waste a lot of other products (fungicides, insecticides) if you use the hose end sprayer. Took me while to realize this, D'oh!

Thanks! I'll look at the Ortho Sprayer. I had another little sprayer from Ace Hardware and it worked reasonably well but leaked constantly. I started out trying to use it for spraying fungicides and insecticides but it was messy and I suspected that I was using too much chemical so I bought pump-up sprayers for those products.
