Been having luck with GreenCure spray on my toms
Been spraying my toms with GreenCure - had some miildew problems, but I have also noticed a slowdown in yellowing leaves.
See http://www.greencure.net/what_is_greencure.asp Does this make sense? Or is it a coincidence? Greencure is supposed to kill spores - why not fungus such as early blight? |

I remember reading that potassium bicarbonate was an effective control against Early Blight. It's good to know that you've confirmed it in your own garden. Haven't used it myself yet and Early Blight and Septoria always try to make an inroad on some of my Tomato plants every year, but I've had great success with Actinovate (Streptomyces lydicus WYEC108) controlling them. I like to investigate synergistic combinations of various know pathogen controls, so I'm wondering if a combination of Actinovate and potassium bicarbonate would have even better effectiveness, less effectiveness or no difference. Hmmm...

I've been using GreenCure to battle downy mildew and Septoria. I sprayed twice so far and it's been four days since I've seen any signs on infections.
