Default Another Earthbox sale

This time its 15% off storewide, excluding shipping. It's not huge, but it is something. Last year they had their best sale in November, and included free shipping.

Default 2013 Winter Holiday Earthbox Free Shipping Code

2013 Winter Holiday Earthbox Free Shipping Code should be here soon.
My guess is that one of the codes will probably be HOL13.

Default Seeker found a great Cybermonday deal

Seeker pointed out in the coupons and keycodes thread that Earthbox is having a great sale through midnight tomorrow only. Buy 2 Earthboxes and get 1 free with free shipping. I called up because I couldn't believe it was true, and it is!!!
The code for the free earthbox offer is EBFREE and the code for the free shipping is FREESHIP13. I did it by phone, it was easy!

Now I am up to 40 Lol.

Thinking about the dark brown or terra cotta. Do any of you have either and if so, did either one lose color over time? Thanks!

All mine are terracotta, most 3 years old, none have faded or changed.

Thanks for posting these deals, Marsha! I plan to give them as gifts to everyone for their birthday this year! I know you have a 'farm' of these - can you use potting mix like miracle-gro in them? What is your mix? Have you rigged them up so they are all self-watering?

I haven't rigged them up for self watering, I just do it individually about every 2-3 days.
Lately I have been using Promix BX. They say to use any potting mix, just not potting soil, but I bet you knew this. I saw a closeout at one of our local gardening centers, the usually $55 kits they make the retailers sell were being closed out for $20, so I got 3 more.
Said I wasn't going to do it, then logiced it out that these 3 would replace growboxes( which I don't like nearly as well) and I would use the growboxes for broccoli and bok choy. I can justify anything if I think hard enough LOL!

Today is earthday, so Earthbox is doing free shipping today, which will save around $20 for someone in my zipcode.
Enter code EARTHDAY14, using the capital letters..

Default Free shipping starts tomorrow

Earthbox will have free shipping on all orders over $65 from tomorrow through mid December. I found out from an email correspondence with customer service.
Since they charge $22 to ship one EB, this is a pretty good deal.
