Default Anyone else from the Midwest - Weather issues

I am in Minneapolis, and this season has been a constant battle. 11 inches of rain in June, lots of nights in the 50's and not many warm days. The bugs and weeds are thriving, but some of my tomatoes haven't grown at all. Is anyone else battling this weather, and is there anything I can do that will help my poor plants?
