Default Micro dwarfs with the best flavor

I'm looking for opinions on the best tasting micro dwarfs (plants 12" or smaller).

Apparently, these are now grown by office workers (in cubicles?) in Canada. It looks like I may have to work on developing another "Dilbert" variety.

"Tiny Tim" and "Red Robin" are the ones I've grown. RR is very sweet, while TT is more tart. I prefer TT, but many seem to prefer RR.

Have grown Mohamed and Red Robin. I would say I preferred Mohamed in taste, but the weather conditions make more of a difference than the variety, I think - with a hot early summer, the first Mohamed fruits were like candy! But the following cold weather soon dampened the flavor...

I've only grown one - Red Dwarf aka Roter Zwerg which I got in the mystery mater swap last year. It is a small red cherry which was sweet when ripe - when grown in my living room in winter. I was impressed that it produced nice fruit in very low light conditions, and it was a lot better than Jagodka which was grown in the same conditions and was super sour - no supplementary light, south facing window, miserable foggy spring (so dark!). Temperature near (or aiming for) 70 F, but probably 65 or less at night and on a cold day, and above 70 if the sun ever shines.

But I will say, I gave a Red Dwarf to my Mom, and she kept it for a couple of very cold months in an unheated room with (relatively) lots of light - big windows. When fruit finally came, she remarked they were not tasty. Later on, in summer and fall, she liked them better. So they did not score for taste when grown in the cold.

Objectively, they weren't for sure the best tomato I ever tasted. They were nice, sweet, not especially intense but not too bland either for me. I was grateful it was not a real spitter! Tania has a nice list of microdwarfs/ determinate dwarfs - the ones she rated best tasting are on my wish list afaik.

Last winter I grew floragold basket, and hahms gelbe topftomate and found them both to be excellent. However I wasn't comparing them to fresh summertime tomatoes so they had that advantage.

Of all the micro-mini dwarfs I've grown, I tip my hat to Tiny Tim. They grow 2 plants in a one gallon pot and produce very sweet small cherries. Best thing is they beat everything else hands down for taste. At my place, they easily beat out all competition, including the hanging types, micro tom, pinnochio, and several others. Mine were grown on a porch bannister with only 1 hour of sun and then deep shade. And, as a matter of fact, I am growing several plants this winter for salads and, most importantly, that taste of summer in mid-winter.

Hope this helps.

I tried growing Tiny Tim in the kitchen bay window last Winter. Somehow ended up with a horrible white fly infestation.

Still don't know how they got in the house and found the plants. Maybe they followed the dogs in through the doggie door. Anyway, won't be growing tomatoes indoors again, unfortunately.

I wasn't impressed with the flavour of Orangenie or Micro Tom. My favourite micro dwarfs were Little Sun, Red Robin and Sweet 'n Neat Scarlet Improved.

Heartbreaker Vita, Sweet 'n Neat Cherry and Sweet 'n Neat Yellow were quite nice tasting, but even though they were small dwarves they were still too large and sprawling for my windowsill. Romanian Red Dwarf, Red Alert and Totem were definitely not micro dwarfs!
