Default Bug ID Please

I have a bunch of these around. I think they are bad bugs. Any idea? Also is there a good site to go to for IDing bugs? I need to learn. Thank you

Ok just did some looking around
Are these two species the same?
The first is is Red Bug/ Scantius aegyptius
The second is Firebug/ Pyrrhocoris apterus

I thought that bugs/plants had only one latin name?!?!
These seem like the same bug
