In my spent Barley

I am getting spent barley from a local brewery and this morning I found these little guys. They are hopping a good 10 inches. Any idea what they are?

looks like maggots to me. do you see some that are 10" though? those look pretty little compared to the barley hulls.

jumping 10 inches. I've never seen maggots jump.

If we're talking about that black spot that looks like a beetle, I'd say possibly Grain Beetles.

I don't see them, so my best guess would be springtails.
