Default Rainy New Orleans

We have just come through a VERY rainy May and all my tomatoes are now have drying up leaves and branches falling off. Now we are having 90 degree days! Two weeks ago they looked great, now........ I really don't have a clue what to do.

Can someone offer some help? Do I water? Not water? Is it a disease? I'm so frustrated!!
