Can you give a little more information about what you have doing to the plant and when the problem started and what you are seeing?

Its the only one out there that has these dark spot. There may be one or two other plants with yellowed leaves. This is a Cherokee Tiger Large which is a Dwarf. I have a couple of other dwarfs (Rosella Crim. or Coastal Orange - got them mixed up when sowing) that don't look too healthy either in terms of coloring. Been meaning to ask if the leaves are just extremely curled under and "tight-ish". I'll take more pics tomorrow.

Sorry, I have not grown a dwarf yet, so I have no idea what the leaves normally look like on them. More pics might be helpful until somebody might come along and offer so good help for you.

Yellowing leaves is usually lack of nutrition. What you feeding them?

Might the curling be only weather related? It has been nothing but cold and rainy.
Can't speak to the black spots......

Don't know much about Cherokee Tiger Large but does it sometimes come with rugose leaves?
As far as the dark spots it could be weather related, maybe Edema.

Unless the lighting is off,the leaves don't look very green. What kind of weather have you had lately? And have you been fertilizing?

Mine are looking faded and a bit splotchy I believe due to some chilly overnight temps all week and a few inches of rain within two days time. They're going to get a good feeding this weekend and the weather is turning warmer, and hopefully they'll be nice and green again soon.

SO this is the overall plant that produced the pics above? is it septoria? early blight? I

Its also odd that these dwarfs are the only ones looking sickly, while my other tommy plants are fully green and lush. One is actually on the verge of death today and I will have to pull it.
Below: this is the plant that produced the pics above and more pics under it from the same sickly plant - again Cherokee Tiger Large, a dwarf.

Below: this one looks okay but I'm wondering if the leaf shape (droopy, tight, curled under etc.) is normal: This is either a Rosella Crim or a Coastal Orange.

Below: this is one that is almost dead. I have no idea what happened. I wonder if the black plastic and crazy winds (!) created a wound at the base if the stem and then?? but this is the only one that did this. The rest of my garden is LUSH!
