Need Help with an ID - Thanks!

Hey guys and gals,

So, I flipped over a leaf the other day and found a small circus going on lol .. Any help with the engorged beige little guys would be great.. They look like aphid mummies to me

what a mess! I think there are some thrips, some aphids, and couldn't guess what else.

LoL you're telling me! I'm hesitant to spray as some seem to be beneficial.. I was looking at pictures of aphids online and came across this:

Thought I had it bad, talk about a mess! lol

Some of those could be squash bugs, though I'm not an expert. Are you seeing damage to the leaves or fruit?
