It looks like all those recipes are from the Epic Tomatoes book. I want to try the roasting one when I have enough tomatoes that I haven't already eaten.

I included a few that Storey wouldn't agree to publish due to space considerations. We had the cherry tomato pesto last night. Just amazing - and if you use Sun Gold, it is hard to describe in its deliciousness!

Thanks, Lee - that one caught me by surprise. Most things do these days!

Bookmarked it, gonna try those recipes for sure.

Craig If you love Sungold you should try the Sunrise Bumblebee (if you haven't). To me the taste is very similar with the latter having bigger fruits and being more productive overall plus you can save seeds I'd be happy to send you some if you'd like.

Just my humble opinion great Jedi tomato master.

No problem Craig, just trying to give back as you and so many here have to me. You undoubtedly have some varieties I'd like to try (dwarfs) but I realize your a busy man and we can worry about trades later if you'd like. Either way my seeds are ready to mail so just shoot me a PM and I will get them OTW.

MFS - didn't save it so much as name it and distribute it (came to me as unnamed purple tomato given by the Cherokee Indians to a neighbor then shared) - to Jeff McCormack of SESE, and offered through SSE. Just luck to be given the right seed, right place, right time, right decisions, etc.....

Great story !! Man, that is way cool !! Also one of my favorites. Thank you !!

I have had some exposure to seed saving (my aunt fostered a seed bank for medicinal herbs), but usually just buy seeds yearly. Much to learn. I bet you are well liked in your neighborhood. Carry on.

Our neighborhood really doesn't know quite what to make of me...the person who fills the driveway with a tangle of plants each year. Doesn't matter - I don't quite know what to make of lots of them either! ha ha

Craig--I've admired your work from a distance for 4-5 yrs. now. One of the things I would like to learn more about from you is your success with growing in containers. Did you ever think about doing some video's on the tricks of container growing tomato's, like you did with planting seeds, and transplanting seedlings. I'm sure you could teach many of us besides me, the ups & downs of container growing. Then again, as busy as you are, you don't need another project to do, I'm sure. You are a wealth of knowledge & experience that we all learn from.
