Strange branch under seed leaves
Just started my fall tomatoes and one seedling has something I've never seen before. There is a branch UNDER the seed leaves in addition to the true leaves starting above the seed leaves. Do I have a Siamese twin or what? Is this unusual? Have other had this happen? I've been growing tomatoes from seed for 40 years without seeing this.

branched seedling
It's definitely one seed. There is only 1 stem and this thing is like another portion of the stem protruding halfway between the soil and the seed leaf. I'll see if I can get someone to take a picture I can post. I really don't know how myself.

I'll do my best, but I might have to send the picture to an email. You can PM me your email and I'll send it there. If you want to post it after you see it, feel free
