Default Fred, Is someone “borrowing” your brand down under?

As I walked past the local fruit and veg store today the brand on these cherry tomatoes caught my eye. Not only are they being sold as Artisan Tomatoes but the company that is doing it is called Blush. Coincidence?

They don’t look like any of the Artisan Tomatoes I know. They look to me like a stock standard, long truss Hybrid red cherry. Not sure what they taste like. I won’t be buying.

Fred, what’s going on?

Many times Trade Marks are not transferred from one country to the next.
Artisan Tomatoes is Trade Marked.
The Kobe beef sold in the US may not even come from Japan.

They seem to be owned by the costa group.

I really don't know what the story is there.

But, it looks like they definitely got rid of those unsightly stripes.

Artisan is the new catchword - bread, beer, cheese
