Default Sweetest Red Bell Pepper

Can someone tell me the sweetest red bell to grow, and who might I get seeds from? I just set up my lights in the garage, and my mater's would like a little red pepper amoungst them (just joking).

Thanks

Janie

I don't know about bells, but the sweetest peppers might be Cherry or Red Pimiento.

And peppers get hotter if they are exposed to drought or otherwise stressed during development. So it may be more than just the variety that determines heat in your garden.

Speaking as someone growing many peppers for the first time this year.
