My seeds go in here it's heated and has over 1000 watts of led full spectrum light I added fans I have hatched thousands of seeds in here over the years

The tomato is coyote a semi wild plant note the bushy growth

The other pot contains a rare berry called midyim it's from the myrtle family the berries taste too good to put into words

Very interesting. What is the metal box? I don't know why more people don't talk about lighting. I want to start a thread, but fear it will be ignored. I probably will anyway.

How long have you been using the LED's? What make are they and what is the output?
