Plucking
Some of my plants are a foot plus in height with buds developing. Should I pluck the flowers since plants are still young? At what height should I stop picking off flowers, if at all.

The season in MN is short enough, don't make it shorter than nature already does!

Agree, it is now mid June, if you pick blossoms off now, you'll push back at least another two weeks to any possible harvest date. Hard enough to get a decent crop of the best long season tomatoes up here. I never pick off blossoms.

When I lived in Kansas, I made the mistake of plucking a small tomato from a Roma that still needed to be transplanted. That plant never gave me a single tomato. I've been growing potted Romas on the patio for my wife for years. This year, she asked me to grow a Super Sauce instead.
