Default Successes in treating anthracnose?

I've read dozens of articles on how to treat anthracnose (which is what I think I have). Some say using copper based sprays, some say sodium bicarbonate, others recommend a broad spectrum spray. Just curious if anyone here has successfully dealt with anthracnose.

This is my first year gardening and my better boy tomato is producing lots of fruit, but many have a sunken dark spot on them. If the plant isn't worth keeping I'd rather trash it than continue watering, fertilizing, etc.

Thanks in advance for any help!
