Default grey fungus in ground and bacterial canker

My garden is a mix of Heirlooms and F2's. I have about every disease possible in zone 5a.. this was my first and last year with F2's. Brandywines have a little bit of E-blight but easy to controll. Black krims are for now disease free...

Biggest problem is Bacterial Canker, spreads fast and is untreatable. I just removed my first plant ever. Probably I should remove a few around but I still have hope to control it with aggressive pruning and have an harvest. Is it possible?

Also when I bagged and removed the plant I noticed my soil is full of grey fungus (fresh new soil from this year bought at local garden center). I've read this could be my cats poop? should I be worry about this new ''problem''?
