Mangomato
Last night I happened to notice that the Nature's Riddle tomato and the mango that I had ripening next to one another looked liked kindred spirits. I think that they are destined to be married in a salsa. Continued appreciation for the beauty of what grows all around us.

Never thought of combining the two together. I love mangoes, especially the Champagne ones when they are in season, so juicy and sweet.
