Rose Multiflora
I started thinking about this tomato that I received in trade about 10 plus years ago.. I am thinking that I got it from a lady named Carloyn Curry? Does anyone know the history? I think she found it in her garden and grew it out? It was fairly stable. I have some old seed and will give it a go soon.
I have been away awhile but I feel the pull to get back to growing tomatoes on the scale I used to. Looking forward to chatting everyone up I used to be very active and I am still growing several hundred plants a year. |

Well I am glad I had her name correct! I will look her up. She as I recall was very kind.

Its a different game growing for profit then for fun LOL - back in the day I could plan fun grow outs and then document my findings. Now I am more about production and flavor. Growing in the Humidity has it challenges as well. I might rejoin Seed Savers and see what is new coming out of the seed banks.

Rena, good to see you here again! I've thought about you now and then and wondered how you were doing. So many members from the early days of the board have disappeared. Glad you are still there and growing tomatoes!

I will review my lists and get back. One thing I did do was to plant a rainbow of cherries in all shapes colors and sizes.. it sells well because people are so fascinated. When temps go up they will still produce for you. Cherries are always the first to ripe too!
