Is this Septoria leaf spot?

Sorry if this is in the wrong forum. This is my first year growing tomatoes. These are Husky Cherry Red Tomatoes. Stuff does not look right.

Using my Google Foo I could only find Septoria leaf spot. Is this that? If so, the treatment I read is Liquid Copper Fungicide. Now, I have no idea what that is, so can someone tell me what to buy at HD or Amazon? (Not a description. Make it plain. Like, an exact product name or link. Need not be organic.)

If it isn't, What the heck?
