I can't recall the name of the a cute little cherry tomato from last year. It is red and green stripes like the bumble bee variety we grew.

Purple bumble bee turned out quite red/green striped for me, perhaps that is what you remember?
This image from http://www.rareseeds.com/purple-bumble-bee-tomato/ shows the color I had better than the pictures at http://tatianastomatobase.com/wiki/Purple_Bumble_Bee |

Probably no one has anything like this. I got the seeds from store bought tomato in 2014.
I call it Tiger Grape.

Thanks everyone! I'm thinking it was the purple bumble bee. That Tiger Grapes is pretty! Vernissage is a name not at all familiar.
Now I know what seed was saved. One of the gardeners took photos of the tomatoes to document what the seeds came from, but didn't write down the name on that one. I know we had a few of the bumble bee and I think one was a yellow and red maybe called sunrise or sun surprise, haven't looked up the bumble bee group. Thanks. |

Black Vernissage is a little bigger, more like a saladette.
Gardeneer, I have a very similar variety. I don't know the correct name. Maybe it is Ania: http://tatianastomatobase.com/wiki/Ania |

Not going to be what you grew, but figured i'd chime in anyway. I grew what was known last year as Wildx5, now named Wild Zebra. Bred by Joseph Lofthouse. An interesting tomato with some wild heritage.
