Default Just wondering if anyone has heard of Congo tomato

I have started seeds given to me by a friend this year. He bought plants for this variety from an elderly Polish woman in the Detroitarea for a number of years, but that was years ago. He has saved the seeds and grown them himself since then. He said she had no other information of the origin of the tomato, just that the name of the tomato was Congo. It is a large tasty pink beefsteak(at least the one I had a tomato tasting), and the small seedlings appear to be potato leaf. Tanya has nothing on it, nor does google.
