Cut of the leaf section https://www.google.com/imgres?imgurl...=1494992726790 Those are most likely where the yellow parts are. They look like downward growing branches like the one on the bottom of the picture right- center. Those will never produce a flower or tomato anyway.

It looks to me like it is the early stages of fusarium wilt. A problem I am all to familiar with. I now graft all my tomato plants because it is so bad here.
