Default Carbon Dioxide Enhancement

I read about a fertilizer for plants, in my case tomato plants, called Agrosol. You apply it to your leaves and it slowly releases carbon dioxide which is then used by the plants to increase photosynthesis. Tomato growers have been using carbon dioxide in green houses for a good while but this product is said to be useful for outdoor plants. Anyone know anything about this or where it might be purchased or a similar product?
