Default Speckled Roman & Marzano Fire - How to tell the difference?

If a Speckled Roman and Marzano Fire were side by side is there any way to tell the difference?

Speckled Roman has an interior more like a slicer and is "plump". Marzano Fire interior is dryer. A more typical paste type. It also has many fewer seeds.

Marzano Fire has the constrained neck of a typical "San Marzano" tomato.
