Renaissance Farms
Ordered seeds and never received from this company. Multiple e-mail inquiries have gone unanswered. I disputed the charge with my credit card, but theres something with Paypal that I don't understand where I'm told nothing can be done.
Just a warning for everyone |

I've ordered from Renaissance Farms several times and have not had a problem. This is a busy time of year for them, so maybe the email got lost in the shuffle, or you used the wrong email address. I'd try again.
This is the phone number they list on the website for phone orders: 930-215-4223 (9:00 am – 5:00 pm EST M-F) The email listed on the contact page looks wrong to me. Looks like a placeholder for a website template. The email address I have received emails from is info@renaissancefarms.org Based on the service I've gotten and the overall vibe I get from Curtis, I don't think he's out to cheat anyone. Jen |

When did you start to expect the delivery.
Three weeks is not that long from a very busy small seller in spring imo. Let us know when your seed arrives. I would imagine it will probably be any time now. |

I have ordered multiple times from Renaissance Farms over the last three years and have never had a problem--I do tend to order early and his turn-around is very quick if you do that. Good quality seed, clean and pretty much 100% germination in my experience.
This is a very busy time for seed companies and I imagine Curtis has a very small team, if at all. In any case I can vouch for this company based on my experience. |

I ordered for the first time this year...in early January.
My seeds came in plenty of time, but did take about a month. I suspect they just don't process orders every day, which wasn't an issue in January. And, I suspect germination testing has not been done. Sent from my motorola edge using Tapatalk

No answer at renaissance farms phone number, mailbox is full. No answer from multiple emails. My advice is stay away from them, unless you like throwing money away and being ripped off

I ordered from them about a year ago. It took about a month to receive my order. I also had no reply or way to contact them to ensure there wasn't a problem. I suspect you'll get your order--eventually--but agree running a business like that is going to turn customers off. If even on their website, there was a message that they cannot reply to order status inquires and it might take a month to get an order--that would have been sufficient to make me not worry. I hope you get your seeds!

I ordered about 8 things; 5 tomatoes. Even though two of the tomatoes germinated slowly and only at about 50%, I will get a couple to determine: A) if I like them enough to repeat B) I can certainly save fresh seed. That makes ME a crummy customer, with limited right to grumble. OTOH, if I ordered hybrid sweet corn...that I'm not about to save seed from...and it didn't germinate at something like 90%, I would think I had the right to complain Sent from my motorola edge using Tapatalk

I have ordered many times from Curtis, never had a problem. Perhaps not the fastest to get here, but he is a stand-up gentleman....
