Green Sausage Plump Cross
Unknown cross with green sausage. I selected several varieties to grow out. This is the Plump selection.

Well, I just had the first one ripen...haven't tasted them this year. They're good rich pastes, but I'll get back very soon about the taste this year....
Here are some in various stages of ripeness. The largest one is slightly over 1lb. I guess average size is 8oz. This is my earliest to ripen; on a determinate, short plant with some E. blight resistance, and the smallish plants are literally collapsed by the weight of the fruit. I'll post a picture of the plants with fruit on them later. Color is a brick red with green shoulders.
