What is this!!!

This is what I presume was supposed to be a double heart off of my Kosovo plant. It looks like a body part. the gash on the front is a wound inflicted by 3 yr old on the loose with a comb.

Looks more like an alien than a body part to me! One of those things that pops out of somebody's chest.

(But it looks good enough to eat though!)
