Default The best smell on earth roasting peppers.... Would love some seeds

I smelled a most wonderful smell at the Saturday Market , Chillis roasting. It is one of the best aroma's, I would love some roasting pepper seeds and my husband is into hot peppers now.

I went home and stuck a few on the grill, but I had just pablanos, bell pepper and italian pepper which were very good but not heavenly.

If anyone has some roasting pepper seeds with some warmth or hot medicinal peppers, I would like to trade. I have lots of specialty seeds, while organized, not on the list, so email if you want to trade, let me know your vegetable/edible interests and hopefully we can trade.

Next year , I am planning to fill my garden with even more peppers to have enough to grill every nite!

Thanks so much,
maricybele

Oh, ok, I see it on my email but not the site. That roaster is the one they were using at the Saturday market. The chilis were mild with some warmth, but not too hot. Can you recommend best tasting peppers? Is that your roaster?

No that's not my roaster but I need to make one, Lord knows I have the time and the metal scraps around the house.

The chilies you want are called Anaheim chilies or New Mexico chilies.

Tomato Growers Supply has the seeds for Anaheim chilies and some others called Numex ------- of various types.

Any of these will work fine.

Have you had Chilies Rellenos

If not, you must try them.

It is my favorite Mexican dish.
